This short-term patent discloses a vacuum insulation device that provides long-term insulation, instant heating, and easy portability. The device includes a base and a vacuum insulation container that can be placed on the base. The vacuum insulation container comprises a vacuum insulation cup body and a cup base at its bottom. The vacuum insulation cup body consists of a vacuum outer wall and a vacuum inner wall. The bottom of the vacuum inner wall is equipped with a heater located inside the cup base. The cup base also contains a receiving coil and a receiving control circuit connected to the heater. The base contains a transmitting coil and a transmitting control circuit. When the transmitting control circuit is connected to a power source, the transmitting coil can emit electromagnetic energy under the influence of the transmitting control circuit. The receiving coil can wirelessly receive the electromagnetic energy and convert it into electrical energy, which can be applied to the heater by the receiving control circuit. This device offers advantages such as high heating and insulation efficiency, excellent water resistance, and easy portability.

This short-term patent discloses a method and its application for detecting EGFR gene mutations in the plasma cfDNA (circulating free DNA) of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients using droplet digital PCR (ddPCR) technology. The Sanomics plasma EGFR detection method provided by this invention utilizes a non-invasive sample to detect EGFR mutations with a low nucleic acid requirement of only 10 ng. The entire testing turnaround time, from sample reception to result reporting, is only 2 days. The method offers high sensitivity, capable of detecting mutations with a sensitivity as low as 0.1%. It can simultaneously detect sensitizing and resistance mutations associated with TKI therapy, such as E19 deletion, E21 L858R, E20 T790M, and E20 C797S mutations, while providing mutation allele frequency (MAF) reports. This method is of significant importance for the dynamic treatment and prognosis monitoring of NSCLC patients.

This application relates to the field of internet transactions and provides a method for retrieving an item, comprising the following steps: S1. A third party opens a temporary lock at a designated location of a first user based on the first instruction information received from the first user, and obtains the item equipped with a packaging lock. S2. The third party delivers the item to a second user designated by the first user. S3. The second user, based on the second instruction information received from the first user, unlocks the packaging lock, performs operations on the item, and after completing the operations on the item, locks the packaging lock of the item and returns it to the third party. S4. The third party retrieves the item from the second user and delivers it back to the designated location of the first user, using the temporary lock to secure the item. The retrieval method described in this application features loss prevention, privacy protection, and improved convenience.

This short-term patent relates to the field of household products and provides a cushion for improving sitting posture. It includes: a cushion body that can be placed on a flat surface. The cushion body has at least two hump portions formed on it, namely, a first hump portion and a second hump portion. The first hump portion and the second hump portion are respectively designed to support the corresponding anterior and posterior parts of the human body's pelvis. The first hump portion and the second hump portion are spaced apart, creating a peak valley between them on the cushion body. The peak valley is intended to support the corresponding lower ends of the human body's ischium or coccyx. The portable spectrometer may include: an emission light source for emitting light onto the object being detected, a light transmission channel for receiving reflected light from the object being detected, a nanophotonic detector for generating a spectral signal of the object being detected based on the reflected light input from the light transmission channel, and a mechanical structure for mounting the emission light source, light transmission channel, and nanophotonic detector. This short-term patent provides a splash-proof intelligent toilet lid, including a toilet seat ring, at least one nozzle, a control device, and a liquid storage device. The at least one nozzle is positioned along the inner wall of the toilet seat ring and connected to the liquid storage device. The control device is respectively connected to the liquid storage device and the at least one nozzle. The toilet lid contains a toilet splash-proof liquid stored within the liquid storage device. The toilet splash-proof liquid is sprayed onto the water surface through the nozzle to form a splash-proof film.

This short-term patent discloses an injection molded magnetic toy, comprising a first shell (1), a second shell (2), a centering piece (4), and a magnet (3). The second shell (2) has a cavity (21) for accommodating the magnet (3). The centering piece (4) is integrally injection molded with the first shell (1), the second shell (2), and the magnet (3). The centering piece (4) has a notch (41) corresponding to the position of the cavity (21), and the cavity (21) is located within the notch (41) and tightly connected to it.
