Mr. David Tsai (LL.B., P.C.LL)

Mr. Aron Li

Mr. Aron Li specializes in drafting patent documents and handling foreign patent applications. He is also involved in invalidation proceedings, examination opinion responses, reexaminations, and patent administrative litigation. His areas of expertise include automatic control, mechanical processing, semiconductors, air conditioning equipment, automobiles, washing machines, printing equipment, and more. Mr. Aron Li graduated from Harbin Institute of Technology, School of Mechanical Engineering in 1996, earning a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. He further obtained a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Beijing University of Technology, School of Mechanical Engineering in 1999. He is proficient in Chinese, English, and Japanese. From 2002 to 2007, Mr. Aron Li worked as a professional agent at King & Wood Mallesons Law Firm and the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Patent and Trademark Office.
